Application Process
To participate in the program, students must submit these application materials:

  • completed online application form
  • $50 application fee
  • faculty reference
  • student affairs reference
  • personal reference
  • official transcript of all college course work
  • certification form

Applications should be recieved by the following deadlines:

  • For Fall Term due March 31
  • For Spring Term due October 15

To be considered for admission, all the application materials listed above must be received by the Russian Studies Program office in Washington, D.C.  Students admitted into the program are required to confirm their participation by submitting a non-refundable confirmation fee, which will be used to cover the semester book costs and local fees, and to secure travel reservations. They are also asked to complete a health waiver, obtain a passport, secure an International Student Identification Card, complete medical information forms and provide information necessary for a Russian visa.
