Are you ready? Living in a foreign culture exposes you to new traditions, habits and thought patterns. While it's an amazing process, evaluating and repsonding to them can best be done in community. That's why the RSP emphasizes life together by providing opportunities for students to come together for Bible study, worship and discussion. You talk about your faith, living in Russia and what this means for life back home. Camaraderie sometimes means the difference between seeing and experiencing. So come join the group for a semester at the Russian Studies Program. Who Should Apply? The Russian Studies Program typically accepts 2nd semester sophomores or upperclassmen who are fulltime students earning credit toward their degree from a Council college. The RSP may, however, accept any exceptional student it believes can meet the rigorous demands of the program. It also may accept students from non-Council institutions, space permitting. When admitted, an additional $200 is charged to non-Council students for their participation.
